PBI is looking for a Fundraising Coordinator

Peace Brigades International (PBI) is an international non-governmental organisation (INGO) registered with the United Nations (UN) founded in 1981. It has more than 30 years of experience in international accompaniment and has maintained a presence in Mexico since 1999. 

PBI's Mexico Project (MEP) has an annual budget of around €400,000 euros, from approximately 15 European and North American entities. We are looking for a person who is responsible for fundraising and grants management tasks, including contact with funders and PBI National Groups, on financing opportunities and the preparation of requests for funds and reports to donors. In addition, the person in charge of the area will be responsible for the coordination and systematization of data for monitoring the activities and impact of PBI Mexico (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation).

PBI México is looking for an intermin Project Coordinator

Peace Brigades International (PBI) is an international non-governmental organisation (INGO) registered with the United Nations (UN) founded in 1981. It has more than 30 years of experience in international accompaniment and has maintained a presence in Mexico since 1999. 

The Project Coordination is in charge of supervising the project in all its aspects and ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of PBI Mexico's work (inside and outside the country). It is particularly responsible for the coordination of the areas of fundraising, finance, human resources, the planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning processes, and the strategic direction and internal coordination of the project. In addition, he represents the project in different PBI Global coordination spaces.

PBI México is looking for an Field-Team Coordinator

Peace Brigades International (PBI) is an international non-governmental organisation (INGO) registered with the United Nations (UN) founded in 1981. It has more than 30 years of experience in international accompaniment and has maintained a presence in Mexico since 1999. 

The Team Coordination is responsible for the selection, training, orientation, continuous training and follow-up of PBI Mexico's field teams. In addition, it is a focal point for the strategic and operational work of the project as well as for team management/coordination between the teams, the Coordination office and the other project entities, specifically the Project Coordination. The person must have excellent coordination, communication, team management, strategic and operational planning, monitoring and conflict resolution skills, as well as knowledge of psychosocial accompaniment tools and mental health follow-up.

This position is based in Mexico City and shares the field team coordination with the people responsible for Security and Protection, Advocacy and Administration. As it is funded by the Civil Peace Service (CPS), therefore candidates must meet the requirements established by CPS.
